Free Trial Terms

Please carefully review the following Free Trial Services Terms (these “Free Trial Terms”), as these Free Trial Terms govern your acquisition of subscriptions to, and use of, any Service or other Netography product or service made available to you on a trial basis free of charge by Netography (“Free Trial Services”).

In addition to these Free Trial Terms, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also govern your access to and use of any Free Trial Services, and are incorporated herein by reference. For clarity, these Free Trial Terms are considered “Additional Terms” under our Terms of Use and if we make any Free Trial Services available to you, those Free Trial Services will be considered “Services” under our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Free Trial Terms will have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Use. 

By clicking “I Accept” or otherwise accessing or using the Free Trial Services, you signify that you have read and understand, and agree to be bound by, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and these Free Trial Terms.

If you register on or through the Sites (either directly or through Netography) for Free Trial Services, we will make one or more Services available to you on a trial basis free of charge until the earlier of (a) the end of the free trial period for which you registered to use the applicable Service(s), (b) the start date of any subscriptions purchased by you for such Service(s), (c) termination by us in our sole discretion, or (d) termination by you in your sole discretion. Additional free trial terms and conditions may appear elsewhere on the trial registration web page or the Services, or may otherwise be made available to you via email or through your account. Any such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into these Free Trial Terms by reference and are legally binding. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in our Terms of Use, you shall have sole responsibility and Netography assumes no responsibility or liability for any data and other information that you may choose to upload to the Services during your free trial period. ANY DATA YOU ENTER INTO THE SERVICES AND ANY CUSTOMIZATIONS MADE TO THE SERVICES BY OR FOR YOU DURING YOUR FREE TRIAL PERIOD WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST UNLESS YOU (i) PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SAME SERVICES AS THOSE COVERED BY THE TRIAL BEFORE THE END OF THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD, (ii) EXPORT SUCH DATA BEFORE THE END OF THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD, OR (iii) REQUEST EXPORT VIA EMAIL TO YOUR NETOGRAPHY POINT OF CONTACT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE END OF YOUR FREE TRIAL PERIOD. DURING THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, COVENANTS OR COMMITMENTS OF ANY KIND. Please review the applicable Service’s documentation during the free trial period so that you become familiar with the features and functions of the Services before you make your purchase
